We have a team of international couriers ready and waiting to collect your items from anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland. These will then be securely packaged and sent off to any destination you need them delivered to in the Netherlands. You’ll even have the chance to choose your own delivery speed for all items sent. In return, we’ll find you the cheapest price with the best ROI.
Some of the most popular locations we’ll ship your goods to in the Netherlands include: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague (also called Den Haag), Utrecht, Groningen, Almere, Maastricht and Eindhoven.
Our delivery services can provide you with a number of beneficial features, whenever you’re planning on shipping from the UK to the Netherlands:
We will always aim to offer the fast, efficient courier services you need, whether you need a series of important documents delivered with a secure handover, or have been looking for the fastest way to send packages to Groningen from Birmingham. We understand wanting the swiftest, safest delivery possible for your goods, and our express services could see your items received in 2-3 working days.
We’re also able to offer our customers time-specific collections and deliveries. As such, if you need a package picked up by a certain time, we can arrange to have it delivered at a date which suits you and your recipient best. All we’ll need in return is the right address for your recipient, the delivery and transit time and the required speed. Our team will then take care of the rest.
We wish to work as closely with you as we possibly can. To help make this happen, we’ll assign you your very own personal account manager, so you can rest assured that your delivery operations are being overseen by a professional. Your account manager will be the one you go to whenever you need a question answered, or if you have to change a delivery date. They’ll even help you to cancel orders, if necessary.
You’ll be able to focus on the important job of running your business, while your account manager handles everything from billing to customs and documentation. They’ll even help you to navigate your way through peak shipping times and days of the year, such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Being able to track any goods you’re sending abroad is a vital element in determining the success of a delivery firm. It’s also important to be able to see where your items are at any one time. This is why we’ve created a free, downloadable app for our customers to use when they need an update on their shipment.
Each parcel, pallet or package we send out will be given its own tracking number. Simply put this number into the app and it will give you updated information about your items. Alternatively, you can also call our head office in London to ask for an update.
Our app is available to download from the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store.
If you’d like to find the cheapest shipping rates to help save on costs for your eCommerce business, we’ll help you find the best couriers that offer the lowest prices. We’ll be happy to do this for you, no matter if you’re looking for a regular shipping service or only planning on sending out packages sporadically.
Our rates are also price-competitive, so if you find a quote that you’re interested in, we’re more than certain that we can match it. To find out more about what we can do for your online business, please see our page on eCommerce.
Here at The Delivery Group, we do everything possible to ensure the cost of shipping from the UK to the Netherlands is suitable for your budget. This means quoting prices individually, based on the size, weight and volume of the items you’re sending out. We will not be able to collect or ship your goods until we have this information.
Shipping to the Netherlands from anywhere in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales will begin at around £9-£10, but may increase to £20 or more depending on the factors mentioned above.
We strive to make our international shipping process as simple and swift as we possibly can, no matter if you are based in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland and no matter where your recipient is based in the Netherlands. To start sending packages and parcels of all shapes and sizes, all we’ll need from you is the recipient’s address and information relating to your budget. If you have any dates you’d like the items to arrive by, this should also be included.
The cost of shipping your goods to the Netherlands will all depend on individual factors, so please get in touch if you’d like to receive a quote for your own packages. We’ll be glad to help you find the best price for any items you’re sending out.
When sending packages to the Netherlands, it’s important to note that there are some differences between address formats there and in the UK. For instance, the house or building number will usually come after the street name, while postcodes usually consist of four numbers, followed by two letters.
When using titles, “Heer” is used for male recipients, as it means “Sir”. “Mevrouw” is used for female recipients and can be used for both “Ms.” and “Mrs”.
The formatting for a Dutch address should therefore be as follows:
The name of the recipient
The street name, building name or number and any extra information about the building
The postcode
The city and the country
In practice, this should be written as follows:
Heer G. Visser
Olmendaal 43
3075KP
Rotterdam,
THE NETHERLANDS
There are a number of prohibitions and restrictions on items you can send to the Netherlands. We have provided a short list to give you a few examples:
