Royal Mail First Time User Scheme

Direct mail is an audience favourite, with some mail staying in the home for up to 16 days! So if you’re looking to trial new markets or simply ready to advertise to your audience the first time user scheme could be for you.

If your business is new to direct mail or you haven’t sent out an advertising mail campaign in the last 24 months, work with Secured Mail we’ll help you onto the First Time User Incentive and you’ll earn postage credits to cut your mailing costs. So what are you waiting for?

The facts

• It must be your first time mailing an advertising mail campaign or if you haven’t mailed an advertising mail in the last 24 months you are eligible to take part

• Minimum of 10,000 items per mailing

• 4p and 15p postage credit per item for postings made by the 30 June 2017

• 2.5p and 9p postage credit per item for postings made after the 30 June 2017.

• You can send up to 3 advertising campaigns on this scheme, each of which may last for up to 2 months.

• Applications are open from 27th March 2017
