All pallet consignments are sorted in our hubs around the UK, our two biggest being our central HQ hub in London and our brand new hub in Kent. Here, 100,000 packages are processed each month.
Pricing up your pallets to Germany
Unlike other delivery companies, The Delivery Group provides bespoke quotes for pallet consignments. This means each customer receives a price that is custom to their exact needs. Your price is based on:
- Pallet size
- Pallet weight
- The number of pallets you’re sending
- Where it’s being collected and sent
With us, you are only paying for exactly what you need. We will take care of the collection, shrink-wrapping, transport and delivery of your palleted goods.
What can you send to Germany?
As a general rule, if it fits, stacks, and holds the weight of your items, we can send it. As long as it conforms to our weight and size dimensions and does not overhang (interfere with other pallets to cause them to become unstable), then it will be deemed safe for transportation.
Here are some of the most common items we send on pallets:

- Domestic goods (washing machines, fridges, etc)
- Boxed and stackable items
Pricing up your pallets to Germany
Pallets are best suited to heavier items or multiple items (that are usually boxed and/or stackable). You can either package your items securely yourself, or we can do this for you (this is our unsorted mailing option – please call to find out more about this service).
Then, your pallets are shrink-wrapped to ensure they do not topple during transportation (please note that shrink-wrapping does not act as an additional layer of protection).
*Palletised goods can be stacked on top of each other as long as it is safe to do so and the items do not overhang.
Please source your own pallets
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to provide pallets to our customers. You will need to source your own pallets. Pallets are very easy to source and usually cost between £10 to £25.
